A Positive Pregnancy Test Doesn't Tell You Everything...
CONFIRM THINGS LIKE:
  • How far along you are
  • Whether the pregnancy is developing in the correct location
  • Whether a heartbeat can be detected

Ultrasounds are often provided during your first appointment.

When that's not possible, we'll schedule one as soon as possible.

  • A limited ultrasound can provide important information about your pregnancy and help you better understand your next steps.

     

    LIMITED ULTRASOUNDS DO:
    • Confirm whether the pregnancy appears viable
    • Detect a fetal heartbeat
    • Estimate how far along you are and your due date
    • Determine the number of fetuses
    • Identify situations where immediate medical attention may be needed
     
    LIMITED ULTRASOUNDS DO NOT:
    • Determine the baby's sex
    • Diagnose fetal abnormalities
    • Replace ongoing prenatal care

  • Yes! All services are free of charge, and no insurance is needed to be seen at Hope Center.

    We are a community-funded clinic that exists to make sure that no one in our community has to face pregnancy or parenthood alone or without support.
