A Client Coach at Hope Center of Livingston County literally is a COACH who comes alongside of our clients, no matter their current life circumstances, and helps them verbalize and set goals for themselves while offering encouragement and accountability. A Client Coach builds relationships, while providing a nurturing environment for our clients to come in to, where the clients can learn from our wide variety of curriculum, in a non-judgmental space. A Client Coach offers community resources and referrals to our clients, when needed.
A receptionist is the first face or voice each client encounters when they reach out to Hope Center. The receptionist will greet each client making him or her feel safe and welcome at HC. This warm welcome allows our HC staff to begin to establish a foundation of love and trust for our clients and assist them through the challenging situation they may be facing.
Hope Center maintains a small donation-filled store for the clients to use their "Hope Credits" at the end of each session. The store is operated by the generous donations from caring individuals in our community and surronding areas.
Coordinators take charge of sorting through any donations and making sure the store is stocked and organized.
Our ministry is supported through the generous funding of private donors, which provides the resources necessary to meet our clients' needs. Donations provide educational materials, medical supplies, and much more to help make our clients' journeys successful. Please go to the Donate tab for more information on how you can be involved.
